You have to come back to NING! Your product is too good, too easy. They WANT your products, and our floundering without it. Be the first to offer an olive branch. Revenue sharing? Or put power widget users on their own servers for scalability. Once you have an agreement both party's publish a mutual understanding so us customers have confidence in moving forward. Do something... This marriage between NING and WL is too good to let slip away.
Is there anyway to increase the size of the font in the chat feature because it's kind of hard to read. Otherwise, love your products, I can't wait to add more of your widgets to my page. This instant message feature is innovative and so far the best instant messaging feature ever
Am I the only one who feels abandoned by Spence and Widget Laboratory. There hasn't been a blog update since Sept. 8 even though they promise a major one last week. I purposely did not request my money back for products I had just purchased before Ning shut you down. I wanted to show support but I feel like a fool. Please restore my faith in having faith in you Widget Laboratory.

The LAB is coming out with a FULL and INCREDIBLE return... we can ASSURE YOU of that. The issue at the moment is that we have had to take almost 12 months of previous products and "recreate them" for a new platform in a matter of weeks! But we are up to the task.

Start packing your bags...you'll be able to "move" within the next few weeks... that is what we are working hard to complete.
